Cash returns are not possible for the items that you have received already.
You may exchange the item as long as it is unused, unwashed, and unaltered within 7 days of purchase.
The exchange will only be possible if accompanied by an original receipt or order confirmation e-mail.
If you have purchased an item on sale promotion or the price was reduced due to any other reason, then the exchange will be done at the new price that is marked down.
We will not be liable to exchange items that are misused.
We will not entertain any claim for repair unless you have lodged the claim within 21 days from the date of order placement or purchase.
You cannot hold us liable for any faulty merchandise or incorrect items that are received unless you have lodged the request within 3 working days of receiving the goods.
